1. Give Us a Call

We want Picture Day to be simple for you and your staff, but first we want to get to know your needs in a photography program.

Once you fill us in on your past experiences, we can then evaluate what photography program will fit your center and what day works best for your Picture Day. 

*Must have an enrollment of 35 or greater

2. Promote Your Picture Day

We'll get you and your families ready for Picture Day by sending promotional materials. This includes posters, flyers, and email communications for you to send to your families.

3. Send in Your Class Roster

Click here to download the template that you can use to start getting your class rosters ready. We need each child’s first and last name, their teacher's name and their class name. Rosters must be submitted three weeks before your Picture Day.

4. Picture Day is Here!

The day you have been waiting for has arrived. After photographing all your students, our photographer will print each child's proofs for you to pass out to your families.

5. Photos Arrive

Pictures will arrive three weeks after Picture Day. Your families will be smiling ear to ear!
