From posters and stickers to parent flyers and social media posts, it's easy to customize and deliver the information families need — which means fewer phone calls with questions for you!
On Picture Day
The hustle and bustle of Picture Day is exciting for everyone. Kids come in dressed in their best, with fresh haircuts and cute clothing. The Lifetouch Preschool Photography experts will run the show, but be sure to let them know of any special needs the school has. Not only will all kids get the opportunity to get their picture taken, but they'll get a sample of their images the very same day. This is the magic of the Same Day Proof Program. Your photographer will print proofs for you to distribute to your families immediately.
After Picture Day
With proofs in hand, families have seven days to return their order form to the preschool or order online. Teachers and directors will need to work together to collect orders by the end of the week-long period. Use the provided drop box to simplify the order collection process and keep everything in one convenient place.
After seven days, simply pack up all orders collected and place into the UPS bag provided. Then call UPS at 1-800-823-7459 to schedule a pickup at your convenience. About three weeks later those orders will arrive at your center safely in the mail so you can distribute them to families.
