I received several portrait packages from the center. Is there a discount for purchasing multiple complete packages? |

Yes. Parents that receive more than one (1) portrait package from their center can receive a multiple complete package discount. Simply purchase the first complete package at full price and save 50% on any additional complete portrait package purchases (does not apply to reorders, additional products, or partial packages).

When do I need to pay for portraits? |

With most of our portrait programs, payment for your portrait package selection is requested within seven days of receipt of the portraits. Check with your child’s preschool director for more information.

How do I pay for the portraits? |

You may use your credit card to pay for your portrait package selection online. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, place your payment in the payment envelope and return to your director. Checks/money orders should be made payable to Lifetouch.

What can I do if I don't like my child’s portraits? |

you have not already purchased your child’s portraits, simply return them to your child’s preschool. If you have already purchased your child’s package please call (800) 653-3373 for refund information. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all portrait packages.

What happens to the portraits I don't purchase? |

Lifetouch Preschool Portraits has a national recycling initiative for all returned portraits. These portraits are shredded and then recycled into other paper-based products or used as fuel to create energy.

Can I get a copyright release on my child’s photograph? |
| A: |
Lifetouch has a copyright policy designed to protect the images it takes – similar to the policies used by moviemakers, video producers and writers. While you do purchase portraits of your child, the original image remains the property of Lifetouch. This original image cannot be photocopied or reproduced without the company’s express written consent.
