If I have several portrait packages from which to choose, can I take sheets from different packages to add up to one complete package price? |

No, mixing of packages is not allowed. However, you will receive a 50% discount on all complete portrait packages after you purchase one complete portrait package. (Does not apply to reorders.)

When do I need to pay for portraits? |

With most of our portrait programs, payment for your portrait package selection is requested within seven days of receipt of the portraits. Check with your child’s preschool director for more information.

How do I pay for the portraits? |

You may use your credit card to pay for your portrait package selection online. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, place your payment in the payment envelope and return to your director. Checks/money orders should be made payable to Lifetouch.

What can I do if I don't like my child’s portraits? |

If you have not already purchased your child’s portraits, simply return them to your child’s preschool. If you have already purchased your child’s package please call (800) 653-3373 for refund information. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all portrait packages.

How can I order more portraits and/or products? |

A reorder form is provided in your child's portrait package. If paying via credit card, you may reorder online or by phone at (800) 653-3373. If you prefer to reorder by check or money order, mail the completed reorder form with your payment, made payable to Lifetouch, to: Lifetouch Preschool Portraits, Reorder Department, P.O. Box 46993, Eden Prairie, MN 55344-9728.

Can I get a copyright release on my child’s photograph? |
| A: |
Lifetouch has a copyright policy designed to protect the images it takes – similar to the policies used by moviemakers, video producers and writers. While you do purchase portraits of your child, the original image remains the property of Lifetouch. This original image cannot be photocopied or reproduced without the company’s express written consent.
